For menopausal men with sexual dysfunction and decreased libido, eating more of these foods can effectively improve and enhance sexual function. When cooking these vegetables, you can appropriately add a variety of kidney-tonifying Chinese medicines, such as stewing mutton with Cistanche deserticola, stir-frying lamb kidneys with Eucommia ulmoides, and stewing chicken with Cordyceps sinensis.

For menopausal patients who suffer from irritability, insomnia, headache, memory loss, nervousness, fatigue, poor cardiovascular function, etc., they should pay more attention to the intake of foods that can improve symptoms such as headache, dizziness, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, etc., such as dates, walnut kernels, oats, yam, longan, etc. The most important thing is to maintain a good attitude.
