Common sites of condyloma acuminatum: In men, it is more common in the coronal sulcus, glans penis, foreskin, frenulum, and urethral orifice. A few are seen in the body of the penis. In homosexuals, it may occur in the perianal area and rectum. But it is rarely seen in the scrotum. It is especially prone to occur in people with chronic gonorrhea and prepuce.

2. Pearly rash: Pearly rash, also known as pearly penile papules, coronal sulcus or glans papules, is also called hairy penis or multi-papillary penis by some scholars.
