Ingredients: 1 quail, 200 grams of mutton, 50 grams of wheat kernels, appropriate amounts of ginger, cooking wine, and salt.

Preparation: Remove the hair and intestines of the quail and clean it. Cut the mutton into small pieces. Add water and bring to a boil, remove the foam, add wheat kernels, ginger, cooking wine, and salt, and simmer over low heat until the meat is cooked through.
