Pearly papules pictures

Small red papules appear around the glans penis in the coronal groove of the male genitalia. They are similar to vulvar pseudowarts, with nipple-like protrusions in appearance, slight hypertrophy of mucosal epithelial cells, and vacuolation-like manifestations similar to normal mucosa at the upper end of the epithelial cells, with uniform size and distribution, non-dark-stained cytoplasm, condensation, and loose connective tissue wrapped around the mucosa. The capillaries in the connective tissue proliferate and dilate, and there is a small amount of reticulocyte infiltration.

It often occurs in young people and adults, and is more common in people aged 20-40. It occurs in 35% of normal people, and is common in young people with long foreskin and the habit of flopping. It is a physiological abnormality and not a sexually transmitted disease. It may be related to long foreskin and more urine scale, which leads to chronic inflammatory excitement. Generally, there are no active symptoms, and it is often discovered suddenly after bathing or unclean sex, and it is easy to be misdiagnosed as condyloma acuminatum.

To improve the efficacy, you can use the freeze-thaw-freeze method, that is, refrigerate for 1 minute, warm for 3 minutes, and refrigerate for 1 minute. Its advantage is that the actual operation is simple.

Disadvantages: Liquid nitrogen sprays out gas, the total area is difficult to control, and it is very easy to cause blisters, infection and scarring after freezing. It is not as well-known as laser treatment.

(3) Medication treatment
