Why do men have difficulty urinating?

With the increasing pressure of life in today's society and improper eating habits, it is easy to cause various discomforts in the body. Among them, the most common symptom for men is weak urination. In severe cases, it is also accompanied by urinary pain, incomplete urination and other symptoms. Many people first think of excessive fatigue. In fact, there are many factors that can cause men to have weak urination. Let me share with you why men have weak urination.

Weak urination is one of the typical symptoms of prostatitis. Inflammation of the prostate gland compresses the prostate gland, causing the prostatic fluid to overflow slowly. When the prostatic fluid flows through the urethra, there is a feeling of urination, but in fact there is not much urine in the urethra, and a small amount of urine blocks or occupies the urethra. In addition, atrophy of the bladder muscle wall caused by masturbation and prostatic hyperplasia can also lead to weak urination.

Prostatitis is inflammation of the prostate gland, which can be divided into bacterial and aseptic. Generally, aseptic cases are more common in clinical practice. If prostatitis is caused by bacterial infection or due to different pathogens, the results of inflammation will be different. If the prostatitis is infected with pathogens, such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus, the inflammation is different from aseptic ones. If the prostatitis is infected with mycoplasma or chlamydia, the inflammation will be different. Mycoplasma and chlamydia can also cause prostatitis, epididymitis and seminal vesiculitis. The treatment and symptoms of these inflammations may be different.

If the prostate is inflamed for a long time, it will cause prostate hyperplasia and congestion. The congested prostate will also enlarge. Congestion is generally seen in young people. For example, sitting for a long time, eating spicy food, drinking alcohol, or eating something irritating, or due to excessive sexual intercourse or masturbation, of course it will cause symptoms of prostate inflammation, such as frequent urination, urgency, pain, bifurcated urine, weak urination, incomplete urination, and even various symptoms of hematuria. There are differences between prostate hyperplasia, hyperplasia caused by prostate pathogen infection, or hypertrophy, at least in terms of treatment.

If the prostate infection is caused by pathogen infection, the hyperplasia may be larger, or it may not show inflammation. Some have hyperplasia, some have mild hyperplasia, or some have more severe hyperplasia, but the prostate must have hyperplasia, but it does not necessarily show inflammation. If the hyperplasia is more severe, there will be similar phenomena to prostatitis, or symptoms of urinary obstruction, incomplete urination, thin urine stream, and weak urination. Or due to drinking and eating spicy food, there will be symptoms of acute infection, frequent urination, urgency, and pain, or some fever caused by infection, or symptoms of general weakness. Therefore, prostatitis and prostate hyperplasia are related, but there are also essential differences. The main difference is that the prostate hyperplasia in the elderly is different from the prostate hypertrophy in the young.

After the brief introduction above about what causes male urinary insufficiency, it is not difficult to see that there are many factors that lead to male urinary insufficiency. Among them, maintaining good living habits, a peaceful mind and maintaining personal hygiene are the most critical for the treatment and prevention of male urinary insufficiency. In addition, you need to choose a regular tertiary hospital for regular treatment. I wish you good health.
