The individual variation of testicle volume in normal adult men is great, and the testicles on both sides of normal people are not exactly the same. According to statistics, the right testicle is slightly larger than the left one, with the average size of the right side being 3.38×2.27×1.71 cm and the left side being 3.30×2.37×1.78 cm. Even people in the same age group have different testicle sizes. The testicles of normal adults can be as large as 25 ml, while the smaller ones may only be a few ml. It is generally believed that adults with testicles less than 10 ml are called microtestes. The testicles of normal people are not equal on both sides, but the difference is not too big. If the testicles on both sides are within the normal size range, it will not affect fertility.
