In Beijing: The Beijing Regulations on Maternity Insurance for Enterprise Employees stipulate that the maternity leave for female employees who have a miscarriage within 4 months of pregnancy is 15 to 30 days, and the maternity leave for female employees who have a miscarriage within 4 months of pregnancy is 42 days. Female employees who have had two or more miscarriages and currently have no children should be transferred from jobs that may directly or indirectly cause miscarriages.
