What causes testicular pain after sex?

Couples who are in a good relationship will have sex, but some people will also experience various physical discomforts after having sex. Many men will experience testicular pain after sex, and this symptom needs to be taken seriously. Because this situation may be caused by some reproductive organ diseases. Let the editor take everyone to understand this symptom and treatment method.

Male testicular pain is mostly caused by orchitis or epididymitis. When a man is sexually excited and his penis is erect, it is already heavily engorged with blood, and the blood flow to the testicles, which are supplied by the same artery, is correspondingly reduced. At this time, orchitis will be aggravated due to ischemia, and the pain will also increase. And the pain will not be relieved quickly due to penis fatigue, because the effect of inflammatory substances stimulating the nerves is slowly diluted and decomposed.

1. Testicular injury. Most cases involve male testicles being injured. Testicular pain can be accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and even right testicular pain that can cause fainting or shock.

2. Testicular torsion. This is caused by strenuous exercise or external force on the testicles. When sleeping or resting, severe testicular pain may occur suddenly.

3. Testicular ischemia pain. The elderly are more likely to suffer from testicular ischemia. The pain is more severe and worsens in the morning when they are active, but it will be relieved appropriately when they rest.

4. Orchitis. Testicular pain is a common symptom of orchitis. In addition, orchitis also has enlarged testicles and a feeling of tenderness, etc.

5. Chronic prostatitis. Chronic prostatitis can cause testicular pain, which is usually manifested as side pain, and is mostly blunt pain or pulling pain, which can be persistent.

Some men like to use painkillers at will after experiencing symptoms of testicular pain, but this is incorrect, because the indiscriminate use of antibiotics and painkillers after the cause is identified will only make the situation worse. In addition, men also need to do a good job of hygiene and use warm water to wash every day.
