What causes testicular pain in men?

Many men often feel testicular pain. Many people think that this is a normal pain that will go away after a while. In fact, this is a signal from the human body, a signal of bacterial and pathogenic infection. This kind of pain should attract people's attention. Early prevention and early treatment are very necessary for us. If the time is delayed for too long, it will be bad for the human body. Therefore, it is better to go to the hospital for examination in time when pain occurs.

Orchitis is usually caused by bacteria and viruses. The testicles themselves rarely have bacterial infections. Since the testicles have a rich supply of blood and lymph, they are more resistant to bacterial infections. Most bacterial orchitis is caused by inflammation of the adjacent epididymis, so it is also called epididymo-orchitis. Common pathogens are Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Escherichia coli, etc.

Viruses can directly invade the testicles, the most common of which is the mumps virus. This pathogen mainly invades the parotid glands of children, causing "big mouth" disease. However, this virus also likes to invade the testicles, so viral orchitis often occurs shortly after the onset of mumps.

Common types of orchitis include nonspecific and mumps. Any purulent septicemia can be complicated by acute purulent orchitis, and even cause testicular abscess. The pathogenic bacteria are mostly E. coli, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. In fact, the most common cause of purulent orchitis is infection caused by the spread of epididymitis, so it should actually be epididymitis.

What should we do with testicular pain? Patients often experience testicular pain that radiates to the groin, with a distinct feeling of falling, accompanied by high fever, nausea, vomiting, elevated white blood cells, etc. At the same time, the testicles are enlarged and tender, and the scrotal skin is red and swollen. What should we do with testicular pain? If you find this situation, you need to go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time.

We have introduced the causes of testicular pain in detail, hoping to help some friends. If you experience particularly painful symptoms, it is better to go to the hospital for a checkup as soon as possible. Because the longer you delay, the worse it is for your body, so if you experience physical signal reactions, it is better to go to the hospital for a comprehensive checkup and then receive treatment.
