How to prevent spermatorrhea

How to prevent spermatorrhea

First of all, we must explain that spermatorrhea is actually a very normal thing. The testicles in a man's sexual organs store a large number of sperm. If there are too many sperm, there will be a physiological reaction, and the excess sperm will be discharged through spermatorrhea. Therefore, occasional spermatorrhea is not a problem and will not harm the body, but if you often or habitually ejaculate, you should pay attention to whether there is something wrong with your body. Preventing spermatorrhea is to prevent frequent spermatorrhea.

Spermia is the spontaneous leakage of semen without sexual intercourse. It includes nocturnal emission and spermatorrhea. It is also a disease characterized by frequent semen leakage without sexual intercourse, accompanied by dizziness, tinnitus, forgetfulness, palpitations, insomnia, backache, leg weakness, mental depression and other symptoms. To prevent spermatorrhea, pay attention to mental conditioning, eliminate distracting thoughts, enrich cultural and sports activities, participate in physical labor or exercise appropriately, pay attention to daily life, do not eat too much for dinner, do not wear too thick bedding, do not wear too tight underwear, and eat less spicy and irritating foods such as tobacco, alcohol, coffee, etc.

The treatment of spermatorrhea is mainly to treat the cause. First of all, one should learn about sex, establish a normal sex life, avoid excessive excitement of the sex organs, strengthen physical exercise, enhance the body's physique, and focus on study and work. In addition, you should sleep on your side and avoid lying on your back, because when you lie on your back, your hands will press on your lower abdomen and the quilt will also press on your abdomen. Do not wear pants that are too tight or too narrow, because these will stimulate the reproductive organs, cause sexual excitement and cause spermatorrhea. Spermatorrhea caused by sexual organ and lower urinary tract diseases must be treated according to the cause. For example, phimosis or prepuce is too long, which requires surgical treatment. Urethritis or prostatitis can be treated with antibiotics. For spermatorrhea caused by neurasthenia, severe cases can take appropriate oral sedatives, such as tribromide 5-10 mg, 3 times a day, or chlordiazepoxide 5 mg three times a day, or diazepam 2.5-5 mg three times a day.

Preventing spermatorrhea is to ensure the health of men and the activity of sperm. Nowadays, many men have low sperm survival rates, which leads to infertility. Excessive spermatorrhea is one of the reasons. If the above methods are ineffective, it is recommended that patients go to a specialized infertility hospital for examination to see what is causing their spermatorrhea.
