Causes and treatment of male hyperhidrosis

Diet therapy can not only prevent and treat the disease but also replenish qi and yin and strengthen the body. Here are six medicated diets that are easy to make at home for patients with dyshidrosis to choose from.

1. Longan and ginseng drink: Take 30g of longan meat, 6g of ginseng and 30g of rock sugar. Wash the longan meat first, slice the ginseng thinly, and then put them in a bowl with the rock sugar, add appropriate amount of water, and steam them in a steamer for about an hour. Take them out and wait for them to cool before eating. Eat them twice a day, one dose a day. It is suitable for people with qi deficiency and sweating.

2. Tremella and red dates soup Take 30g Tremella, 20g red dates, and appropriate amount of rock sugar. Soak Tremella in warm water, remove the stems, wash and tear into small pieces. Wash and tear red dates. Put the two herbs into a pot, add appropriate amount of water, simmer over low heat until Tremella and red dates are cooked, add rock sugar to dissolve and mix well, then serve. Each dose can be eaten in 2 times. It is suitable for people with Yin deficiency and sweating.

3. Lily and lotus seed drink: 20g lily, 30g lotus seed, 30g rock sugar. Wash the lily and lotus seed first, put them in a pot with appropriate amount of water, simmer slowly over low heat until the lily and lotus seed are cooked, add rock sugar and dissolve it and it can be eaten once a day for several days. It is suitable for those with yin deficiency and sweating.
