What are the steps of circumcision surgery?

Some male friends may have the phenomenon of foreskin being too long. In this case, they need to choose circumcision to remove the excessive foreskin. The general steps of circumcision are to make an incision on the back of the penis, and then cut off the excess foreskin horizontally. The most common circumcision is circumcision. If a male friend has a long foreskin, it will easily affect his sex life and reduce sexual sensitivity, so he should have a circumcision in time.

The steps of circumcision surgery mainly include separating the foreskin, pulling and fixing the foreskin, longitudinally cutting the dorsal and ventral foreskin, circumcising the foreskin, ligating and stopping bleeding, suturing the incision, and bandaging the incision. Of course, each of these steps is very important.

The specific steps of circumcision in circumcision surgery are: After the dorsal and ventral foreskin is cut longitudinally, the glans penis and the coronal sulcus can be exposed. Pull the two vascular clamps on the right side hard, and use scissors to cut off the excessive foreskin from the dorsal longitudinal incision of the foreskin, 0.5 to 0.8 cm away from the coronal sulcus, until the ventral longitudinal incision. Then pull the two vascular clamps on the left side hard, and circumcise the left half of the foreskin in the same way.

It takes some time for the wound to heal after circumcision. During this period, you need to be careful not to wet the gauze when urinating. The underwear you wear must be loose and breathable to minimize the friction and stimulation to the penis. Edema can usually occur about 3 to 4 days after circumcision. This phenomenon is often normal, so don't be surprised. If the edema does not disappear within a week after the operation, you must go to the hospital for a check-up.
