Male Puberty Development

Male Puberty Development

Everyone will go through puberty. Today we are going to talk about male puberty development. Many male college students lack knowledge about this issue, so there are more or less small accidents in daily life, which may also lead to jokes. Male puberty development is completely different from female puberty. I hope that today's description will be helpful to men, especially young male college students. So what is the male puberty development like for you?

Physiological characteristics of male puberty

The transition from childhood to youth during adolescence is the "second birth of life". Psychologists call this period the "second crisis". If the first crisis in life - the "weaning crisis" is spent in the warm cradle, the resistance of the infant is at best a powerless struggle and hopeless crying. Then, the second crisis in life - the psychological "weaning" of spiritually separating from parents, comes swiftly and unstoppably. At this time, the body will undergo a series of remarkable physiological changes. This period is the best period for male growth and development. There are major changes in both morphology and physiology. In addition to the rapid increase in height and weight, the main development is secondary sexual characteristics, such as the voice becomes deeper, beards and armpit hair begin to grow, and the reproductive organs gradually develop towards maturity, with pubic hair growing, testicles and penis enlarged, gonads mature, and spermatorrhea begins. Personality also becomes mature, sophisticated, stable and confident, no longer as naive and ignorant as a child.

So, how does puberty start? Research in recent years has shown that it is regulated by a physiologically active substance called gonadotropin in the human body, which affects development and causes it to secrete sex hormones to maintain the development of secondary sexual characteristics and reproductive and sexual functions. When male puberty begins, the level of gonadotropin PSH increases, which promotes the gradual development of the testicles, the perfect development of the seminiferous tubules, the maturation of spermatogenic cells, and the production of sperm. At the same time, the level of gonadotropin CH also increases, which promotes the development of interstitial cells in the testicles and the production of male hormones - testosterone, which promotes the further development of male reproductive organs and the development of secondary sexual characteristics.

The arrival of puberty marks the beginning of a man's development to adulthood. He will become a mature individual with the ability to reproduce and continue the life of the race. This is the most important period in a man's life. It is closely related to society, family education, personal life growth and mental and psychological state. When a man reaches puberty, due to sexual maturity, under the action of male hormones, he will have sexual demands and develop feelings of love for women. This is a completely normal psychological change that accompanies physiological development during puberty. However, if it is not handled properly, lacks proper sexual knowledge, and does not pay attention to sexual morality, it is easy to make mistakes. Therefore, some people call this period the "crisis period of youth."

Adolescence is a critical period that determines the physical, psychological and intellectual development of a lifetime. Although the body's resistance is stronger than that of childhood, some infectious diseases and common diseases such as tuberculosis, hepatitis, nephritis, myocarditis, etc. are not uncommon, and the vegetative nerve (the nerve that manages the smooth muscle, myocardium and glandular activity of various organs) dysfunction, diffuse thyroid, hyperthyroidism, neurological function, etc. are significantly more than in childhood. Therefore, adolescent health cannot be ignored. Pay attention to nutrition and rest, study hard, and exercise to lay a good foundation for lifelong health and work.

The above describes the development of male puberty. Young male college students can understand it and know what changes should occur in their puberty, so that they can have a good conditioning and maintenance of their bodies. Therefore, they can understand what changes will occur in their bodies at what age. This will also bring great benefits to their physical and mental health. In fact, students should pay more attention to some knowledge in this area, recognize their own bodies and know their own bodies. I hope students will learn happily.
