The dangers of left testicular varicocele

Some of you may have heard of the symptom of left varicocele, but there are definitely not many people who really understand it. After all, left varicocele is not a common disease. However, since left varicocele is very harmful to male friends, we suggest that male friends should pay attention to this symptom. Below we will introduce the dangers of left varicocele.

1. For patients with left varicocele, it is very likely to cause local blood flow obstruction. In severe cases, it may cause blood reflux obstruction and congestion, eventually leading to increased temperature of testicular tissue and long-term hypoxia, resulting in spermatogenesis obstruction.

2. When suffering from left varicocele, the blood in the adrenal vein and renal vein will also flow back into the testicular tissue. Some substances contained in them can have toxic effects on the testicles, thus leading to male infertility.

In addition, some patients may experience a feeling of scrotal droop or swelling, as well as bloating and pain in the genitals, lower abdomen, or waist, which seriously affects the patient's daily life.

1. Cause physical discomfort in men.

Patients with varicocele often experience swelling and pulling pain in the scrotum. Patients may also suffer from some negative emotions and symptoms of neurasthenia, such as abnormal mood, fatigue, insomnia and other uncomfortable symptoms, which bring many negative effects to male friends.

2. Cause sexual dysfunction in men.

Men with varicocele often experience sexual dysfunction such as low libido, dyspareunia, erectile dysfunction, etc., which can cause disharmony in family life.

3. Cause male infertility.

Clinically, varicocele may be accompanied by testicular atrophy, leading to sperm and semen abnormalities such as dead sperm, oligospermia, and asthenospermia. It is the disease with the highest incidence rate among male infertility. Patients often experience semen abnormalities such as decreased sperm count, low motility, and increased abnormal sperm, which endanger male fertility and cause male infertility.

In the above article, we introduced a relatively rare men's disease, which is varicocele of the left testicle. We know that varicocele of the left testicle will have many effects on patients, so we must pay attention to the prevention and treatment of this disease.
