Analysis of the causes of urethritis in men

Although men are less likely to be infected by the outside world than women because their reproductive organs are exposed and their structures are relatively simple, making them easier to clean, and the infection and incidence of various diseases are relatively low, but due to sexual life and men's face issues, diseases in this area are easily ignored. For example, simple urethritis can cause great harm if not properly handled. Let us introduce its causes to you below:

The reasons why male urethritis always occurs include:

1. Infection in deep parts. Because the pathogens are hidden in the deep tissues, urethral crypts, paraurethral glands and other parts, it is difficult for drugs to kill them completely, leaving troubles for recovery. At the same time, acute urethritis may be accompanied by prostatitis. After urethritis is treated, it may still recur due to infection from the prostate.

2. Not paying attention to the principle of joint treatment for both husband and wife. For various reasons, some people who have contracted STDs do not want to let their families know, so they also neglect the diagnosis and treatment of their loved ones, resulting in repeated infections. This does not mean that treatment is ineffective.

3. Failure to adhere to treatment. Mycoplasma and Chlamydia are intracellular parasitic microorganisms that are not as sensitive to antibiotics as ordinary bacteria, so the duration of medication should be relatively long, generally about two weeks. Patients should not blindly purchase and take medicine on their own, as this may cause the pathogens to come into contact with the medicine without being killed and develop drug resistance, and the medicine will be ineffective next time.

4. Blind medication without targeted treatment. Urethritis is mainly caused by mycoplasma and chlamydia (main infectious microorganisms), and 10%-20% can be caused by vaginal Trichomonas, Candida albicans, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, yeast, anaerobic Gram-negative bacilli, etc. Therefore, the treatment of non-gonococcal urethritis varies from person to person, and the medication is determined according to the infected microorganism. In addition, the interaction between drugs is complex and variable. Generally speaking, unless it is known that they have synergistic and complementary effects, more than two drugs should not be used at the same time to treat non-gonococcal urethritis.

Therefore, for male friends, if you find any abnormalities in defecation, or any signs of inflammation or infection outside or inside the sexual organs, you must not take it lightly. You must suspend sexual life and go to a regular professional hospital for examination in time. In addition, your wife also needs to be examined at the same time to avoid cross infection. These are all things we need to pay special attention to.
