Before sexual intercourse, flush the vagina with @-amylase suspension, or immediately inject 1 ml of 5% @-amylase into the vagina after sexual intercourse, and raise the buttocks for 30 minutes, which can liquefy semen. Or add 5 mg of @-chymotrypsin to the ejaculated semen, wait for liquefaction, and then treat it with F10 culture medium for artificial insemination between husband and wife.

Cocoa white suppository, each containing 50 mg of @-amylase, can be inserted into the vagina immediately after sexual intercourse during the woman's ovulation period to liquefy semen.
