Then gradually apply force inwards to make circular rotation massage until you feel soreness and swelling. Continue massaging for about 10 minutes, once in the morning and once in the evening.

3. Lumbar vertebra stimulation method:

Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart. Use your thumbs to press tightly on both sides of the second and third lumbar vertebrae for about 5 minutes each time, several times a day.

4. Beat your back:

By stimulating the acupuncture points on the back, the purpose of dredging the meridians and harmonizing the qi and blood of the internal organs can be achieved, and symptoms such as low back pain, weakness in the waist and knees, and impotence can be prevented and treated.

Method: Make fists with both hands and use the base of your fists to strike both sides of your lumbar spine.

5-toe massage

Use your thumb to press the gap between the big toe and the second toe, and massage back and forth several times until it becomes warm. This will help the heart breathe.
