4. (Left) Stand upright again, lower your hands back in front of your body and cross them, exhale, repeat the third movement, and turn your head to the right (movements 3 and 4, repeat three times).

5. (Middle) Stand with your feet slightly wider than your shoulders; stretch your arms out and inhale at the same time.

6. (Right) Bend your body to the left, stretch your arms, look up, and exhale (movements 5 and 6, repeat three times). After the exercise, massage your legs, because cellulite often appears at the junction of the thighs and buttocks.
