Viral warts are a common sexually transmitted disease that occurs around the male reproductive organs and excretory organs. Normally, if we are infected with human papillomavirus, it is easy to cause warts. If warts are not diagnosed and treated in time, it will have a huge impact on our health. So for patients, how can we treat warts, a disease that troubles many people? treatment Due to the lack of effective antiviral drugs, the treatment of emphysema is generally a comprehensive treatment. (I) Treatment of the causes: (excessive leucorrhea, prepuce is too long, gonorrhea). (2) Improve the body's immunity. (III) Use of anti-disease drugs. Generally, clinical recovery can be achieved by adhering to regular comprehensive treatment, but the recurrence rate is over 95%. 1. Surgical treatment: For single, small warts, surgical removal is possible; for giant condyloma acuminatum, Mohs surgery can be used for removal. During the operation, frozen sections are used to check whether the damage has been removed cleanly. The recurrence rate of a single operation is very high. 2. Cryotherapy uses liquid nitrogen at a low temperature of -196℃ and pressure freezing to treat condyloma acuminatum to promote the necrosis and shedding of wart tissue. This method is suitable for warts with a small number and small area. It can be treated 2-3 times with an interval of one week. This method can generally remove warts and is easy to recur. 3. Laser treatment: CO2 laser is usually used to treat condyloma acuminatum by ablation. This treatment is most suitable for warts on the vulva, penis or perianal area. Single or a small number of multiple warts can be treated once, and multiple or large warts can be treated 3-4 times. The recurrence cycle is generally 20 days to 3 months. Laser treatment has a higher recurrence rate. 4. Electrocautery: Use high-frequency electric needle or electric knife to remove the warts. Method: Local anesthesia, then electrocautery. This treatment is suitable for small number and small area of warts. This method only removes the warts. 5. Microwave treatment: Use a microwave surgical treatment machine and lidocaine local anesthesia. Insert the tip of the rod-shaped radiation probe directly into the base of the wart. When the wart becomes smaller, darker, and turns from soft to hard, the thermal radiation coagulation is complete and the probe can be withdrawn. The coagulated lesions can be removed with tweezers. To prevent recurrence, the remaining base can be coagulated again. Having a sexually transmitted disease is not something to be ashamed of. If you find out that you have a sexually transmitted disease, you should not hide it and avoid treatment. Instead, you should face it bravely and go to the hospital for examination immediately. Early diagnosis and early treatment will avoid more serious consequences due to delayed treatment, or even loss of the proper function of your sexual organs. |
