Is premature ejaculation related to foreskin being too long?

In the cognition of many male friends: long foreskin = premature ejaculation. Many boys feel that a long foreskin will cause premature ejaculation, so is this true? Is there any relationship between premature ejaculation and foreskin length?

There is a scientific study abroad. They performed circumcision on 20 young volunteers and then tested the removed foreskin in the laboratory. The results showed that the mineral nerve endings in the distal part (away from the penis) and the middle part of the foreskin are more concentrated than those in the proximal part (close to the penis), and are more sensitive to pressure, temperature, friction, etc. In other words, the longer the foreskin is in the glans penis, the more sensitive it is. So, patients with long foreskin will naturally have more sensitive foreskin. Does that mean that the longer the foreskin is, the more sensitive it is, and the more likely it is to have premature ejaculation? According to the comparison before and after the operation, there was no significant change in the intercourse time and ejaculation control ability of these young volunteers. Therefore, although the sensitivity of the foreskin is slightly higher, it is not closely related to the occurrence of premature ejaculation in men.

There are also academic studies that evaluated the vaginal ejaculation latency time, difficulty in achieving sexual pleasure, erectile dysfunction, and sexual intercourse pain in 10,019 men who had undergone circumcision and 11,570 men who had not undergone surgery, and found that surgical treatment had no effect on their incidence of premature ejaculation.

There are also relevant studies in China. A doctor conducted a one-year follow-up survey on 116 patients with primary premature ejaculation: First, he chose circumcision for 65 of them, and the other 51 did not receive any treatment. Then, from the third month, the follow-up was started, and it was found that in the first two months of the follow-up, 50.7% of the surgically treated patients had increased sexual intercourse time, and the sexual satisfaction rate also increased further. But with the passage of time, most of them returned to the level before the surgical treatment; and for the part of patients who did not receive treatment, 13.7% of them found that the sexual intercourse time increased after one year.

From this perspective, even if we remove the foreskin, we still cannot solve the dilemma of "limited time sale".
