What should men pay attention to in preventing infertility?

Male infertility is very common in modern society. Many men suffer from infertility and have sought medical treatment everywhere but to no avail. If the woman is fine after examination, the man should go to the hospital for examination in time to find out the cause and receive treatment as soon as possible.

Experts remind men to prevent infertility from the following aspects:

1. Get rid of bad living habits and improve physical fitness. Patients should quit smoking, drinking, and spicy food, develop a good routine in daily life, strengthen nutrition, and do moderate physical exercise.

2. Keep the scrotum cool. The temperature inside the scrotum should be 1~1.5 degrees lower than the normal body temperature. If the temperature of the testicles inside the scrotum rises, it will affect its spermatogenesis function and cause male impotence. For this reason, you should pay attention to keeping the scrotum cool at ordinary times, and do not wear tight pants. Especially in hot weather, try to wear thinner and looser lower clothes to avoid affecting its heat dissipation.

3. There are many drugs for treating male infertility , but they should be selected according to different indications and should not be used blindly. They mainly include: drugs that enhance sperm motility and prolong their survival time, drugs that adjust and stimulate the spermatogenesis process of the human body, and drugs that treat reproductive tract infections.

4. Control the amount of exercise . Excessively intense exercise will disrupt the secretion of hormones in men and women, disrupt ovulation patterns, and limit semen secretion.

5. Avoid excessive sexual intercourse . Excessive sexual intercourse can cause the man to produce significantly insufficient sperm, which makes it impossible to conceive. It can also cause endocrine disorders in women, affecting the development of follicles. These are not conducive to conception.

6. No smoking or drinking . Excessive drinking and smoking for men can cause testicular dysfunction and affect sperm production. Drinking and smoking for women can affect endocrine function, leading to irregular menstruation, amenorrhea and infertility.

7. Improve your diet . Being picky or vegetarian may affect the production and combination of sperm and egg. Therefore, you should adjust the main and side dishes as much as possible to make them more diverse.
