Avoid drinking too much water at noon, and limit your water intake 2-3 hours before going to bed. 3. Have a regular schedule Staying up late often can make incontinence worse. During the holidays, children should pay attention to getting up early and going to bed early. It is not suitable to exercise too much or be too excited after dinner, such as playing, watching mobile phones, playing games, especially 1 hour before going to bed, no noise should be made. 4. Control salt intake A dry mouth can cause excessive water intake, and even if you don't take in too much water, you will still urinate.
