2. The effect of body temperature during ovulation

Remind of other diseases. If BBT does not decrease during menstruation, there may be endometriosis or early subclinical miscarriage. Endometriosis can cause resorption fever after bleeding. When the BBT of patients with primary amenorrhea is biphasic, uterine amenorrhea should be considered, such as congenital absence of the uterus or genital tuberculosis that damages the uterine wall.

Calculate the appropriate time for endometrial puncture biopsy. For patients with irregular cycles, it is necessary to understand whether the uterine wall has metabolic response and the effect of progesterone. Endometrial puncture biopsy should be performed 2 to 3 days before the next menarche after the BBT rises.

3. What causes men's basal body temperature to be low?
