Frequent ejaculation every two or three days

Frequent ejaculation every two or three days

Frequent ejaculation refers to the male ejaculation without masturbation and sexual intercourse. For men after puberty, the normal frequency of frequent ejaculation is 1-2 times per month. If the frequent ejaculation frequency often exceeds the normal frequency, occurs once every few days or more than 4-5 times in a month, or if the man has regular sexual intercourse after marriage and still has frequent ejaculation, and is also accompanied by waist fatigue, lack of energy, dizziness, insomnia and dreaminess, it is frequent ejaculation.

Frequent spermatorrhea is a signal of male development and a key sign of male puberty. It is also a normal physiological phenomenon. For men who have entered puberty, their testicles and epididymis gradually grow and develop. Under the action of gonadotropin, sperm and semen are produced, which are gradually filled with corresponding sex hormones and accessory sex hormones, such as the prostate and seminal vesicles. Under a certain level of sexual excitement (such as dreamlike ejaculation), semen will be discharged from the body immediately during sleep. This is called "frequent spermatorrhea", and frequent spermatorrhea during sleep intercourse is called "sleep ejaculation".

Frequent spermatorrhea rarely occurs in boys under 12 years old. The incidence of spermatorrhea in boys aged 14 is about 25%. The incidence is higher in urban areas and in male adolescents with better economic development. The incidence is about 55% at the age of 16, 70% at the age of 18, 75% to 80% at the age of 20, and at least 90% of men at the age of 45 have experienced frequent spermatorrhea under certain circumstances. The frequency of frequent spermatorrhea is mostly once a week or once every few weeks. Many people have conducted surveys and found that the occurrence of frequent spermatorrhea is proportional to the level of education. Many surveys have shown that 18% of single men with a junior high school education and 30% to 46% of single men with a college education have frequent ejaculation once a month on average.

Frequent ejaculation damage

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that there are two key points in the diagnosis and treatment of frequent spermatorrhea. The first is kidney deficiency and poor sealing and storage, and the other is disturbance of the sperm chamber. One is a deficiency syndrome, and the other is a syndrome of argument or a combination of deficiency and excess. In clinical medicine, Qianyuan Decoction can be used for conditioning. Although the causes of frequent spermatorrhea include insufficient natural resources, as well as acquired indulgence in lust, excessive mental fatigue, unrealistic fantasies, and dampness and heat (eating too much dampness, drinking too much), the diagnosis and treatment of frequent spermatorrhea is no more than the above two roots (two levels). The causes of poor sealing and storage are mainly due to insufficient congenital development, insufficient resources, or excessive acquired damage, which damages the primordial yin and primordial yang.

Frequent nocturnal emission is a manifestation of the maturation of the male prostate gland, which usually begins at the age of 13-15. With the maturation of male reproductive organs, the male testicles will produce sperm all the time, and the seminal vesicles and prostate glands will also continue to metabolize semen. When the semen is continuously deposited in the body to a certain degree of saturation, it will be discharged from the body immediately. The so-called "semen overflows naturally" is this principle. Frequent nocturnal emission is generally divided into two categories. Frequent nocturnal emission in sleep is called nocturnal emission, and frequent nocturnal emission when awake or without dreams is called nocturnal emission. Nocturnal emission and nocturnal emission are both frequent nocturnal emission. According to the survey, 80% of men will have frequent ejaculation, while the other 20% are not prone to frequent ejaculation. Therefore, the presence or absence of frequent ejaculation cannot be used to judge a person's reproductive function.

Generally speaking, single adult males frequently ejaculate 1-2 times a month, sometimes a few times more, which is a normal physiological phenomenon. If the frequency is too high, once every few days or more than four or five times a month, it is a psychological disorder. Poor physical fitness, excessive fatigue, etc. can lead to imbalance of body organ functions, impaired fluid regulation in the erection center and ejaculation center, resulting in frequent ejaculation. Inflammatory irritation of the reproductive system such as balanitis, urethritis, prostatitis, etc., can also easily lead to male ejaculation. In addition, a mattress that is too thick and underwear that is too tight will aggravate the irritation to the male genitals, leading to frequent spermatorrhea; frequent bathing will put the testicles in a high temperature environment, which is easy to cause frequent spermatorrhea; in addition, bathing for too long and too frequently will cause continuous excitement of the cerebral cortex, making the related series of nerves overactive, leading to frequent spermatorrhea.

Frequent nocturnal emission can make people feel listless, dizzy, tired, sore waist and legs, and sallow complexion, which affects physical health. To treat frequent nocturnal emission, exercise therapy can be used. It can improve the body's control over the lower central nervous system and prevent frequent nocturnal emission. More effective methods include: prone support, levator ani exercise, self-massage of Dantian acupoint (2 fingers below the umbilicus on the abdomen), etc.
