How much semen does a normal man ejaculate?

If you find that the amount of semen discharged at night is too small, you can naturally measure it, that is, purposefully abstain from sex for 57 days, during this period, you can have sexual intercourse, but not have sex. Then ejaculate again. If the sperm density continues to increase, it can rule out the possibility of male reproductive organ disease.
