The problem of prostate cancer is clinically serious, because some prostate cancers develop from some prostate diseases. Therefore, when symptoms of suspected cancer appear, we should also pay attention to relevant examinations and diagnoses to avoid misdiagnosis. When diagnosing prostate cancer, we must pay attention to screening prostate antigen. So how high can the prostate antigen be determined to be cancer? 1. The incidence and detection rate of prostate cancer increases by about 10% each year, and prostate cancer tends to occur at a younger age. Prostate antigen is an important indicator for screening prostate cancer. If the patient has not undergone cystoscopy and urethroscopy within 1-2 weeks before the prostate antigen test, and there is no acute infection, a high prostate antigen indicates that the patient may have prostate cancer. At present, various countries have set the normal range of prostate-specific antigen at 1-4ng/ml. If PSA exceeds 4ng/ml or B-ultrasound finds abnormal signals in the peripheral area of the prostate, it indicates that the patient may have prostate cancer and the patient needs to undergo a prostate puncture biopsy. 2. Prostate-specific antigen, abbreviated as PSA, is a microprotein present in prostate tissue and is an important tumor marker. PSA elevation can be affected by many factors, such as acute and chronic prostate inflammation, urinary retention, indwelling catheter, prostate digital rectal examination, etc., which can lead to PSA elevation. However, the continued increase of PSA should be closely monitored. If the PSA level is 4.0-10.0ng/ml and prostate nodules are found, a prostate puncture biopsy should be performed for a definitive diagnosis. If the PSA level exceeds 20ng/ml for a long time, the possibility of prostate cancer is highly suspected. 3. Prostate-specific antigen increases to more than 4 or B-ultrasound reveals prostate abnormalities, which may be cancer. Prostate cancer is generally manifested by difficulty urinating, incomplete urination, and increased urinary urgency. Chinese medicine can be used to regulate the endocrine system, and physical therapy can be used for auxiliary treatment. It can also be treated through surgery and radiotherapy. During the treatment period, the room should be ventilated, fresh air should be breathed more, and the body's nutrition should be strengthened. |
