Method 2: Divided into 3 steps:

① Sit upright, tap your teeth 36 times, gargle with your tongue and swallow saliva, rub the Yongquan acupoint 99 times on each side, then loosen your belt and relax your body.

② Lie down, facing right, with the pillow at a moderate height, lips slightly closed, tongue against the upper palate, eyes closed and mindfulness, right upper limb abducted, elbow bent, palm up on the pillow, fingers slightly bent. Bend the elbow of the left upper limb, with the Laogong point on the left palm facing the umbilical cord. Relax the right lower limb and keep it naturally bent, bend the left lower limb at 45 degrees, and adduct both toes (no special effort is needed, just use the mind to adjust).

9. Breathe naturally and evenly. When you adjust your mind, let your breathing be natural. This requires a calm mind, eliminating distracting thoughts, and focusing on the genitals. This exercise can balance yin and yang, and bring qi back to the root to stimulate the yang. It can improve the inattention and anxiety of patients with psychogenic impotence.

How to improve sexual performance

1. Progressive training method. It is to help men build up the ability to balance and control when they want to twitch, when they want to stop, and when they want to ejaculate during sex. It is to help men master the ability to eliminate tension and excitement at any time, relieve sexual concerns, and stabilize heartbeats during sex.

2. Have a moderate sex life. The nerve center that controls sexual activity in the human body is in the hypothalamus.
