Many men suffer from male diseases due to some special reasons. Male diseases have a great impact on men's health, especially on the health of their reproductive system. 1. Damage to the skin or mucous membranes

If you have symptoms such as erythema, papules, nodules, blisters, erosions and ulcers on the external genitalia such as the foreskin, penis or glans, or on the anus, hands, eyelids, lips, tongue, throat, etc., you may have a sexually transmitted disease. For example, painful ulcers may be chancroids, and single painless ulcers may be primary syphilitic chancroids; blisters with burning pain or clusters may be genital herpes; itching, redness, erosion, and milky white cheese-like discharge may be candidiasis; painless papillary and cauliflower-like wart-like growths may be condyloma acuminatum; umbo-like concave papules are mostly infectious soft warts; itching, gray-black nodules on pubic hair, and moving lice indicate pubic lice.

2. Urinary tract symptoms

If there is a mild sense of heat in the anterior urethra, abnormal discharge from the urethra, or symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, pain, difficulty urinating, aphrodisiac, and terminal hematuria, it is possible that the patient has a sexually transmitted disease. For example, a large amount of thick, purulent discharge from the urethra may be gonorrhea; only thin white mucus may be non-gonococcal urethritis; only a small amount of discharge in the early morning or after urination, or even a small amount of grayish-white mucus or purulent discharge only when the urethra is squeezed, may be prostatitis; frequent urination, urgency, severe pain during urination, a burning sensation at the urethra, or even abnormal or persistent erection of the penis may be acute gonorrhea; inflammatory adhesions at the urethra and bifurcated urine flow like a fountain may be subacute gonorrhea.

3. Enlarged inguinal lymph nodes

If the lymph nodes are soft and painful, it may be chancroid; if they are hard and slightly painful, it may be venereal lymphogranuloma; if they are hard and painless, it may be syphilis; persistent enlargement of lymph nodes throughout the body may be chronic lymphadenopathy of AIDS.
