Most infections caused by Streptococcus Gardneri are mild and are common in sexually active women. Examination showed that some patients had red and swollen vulva, bloody vaginal mucosa, gray-red, slightly swollen, and increased secretions, which were homogeneous, thin, grayish white, sometimes yellow-brown or greenish, and smelly.
