3. Take in enough calories

Studies have shown that too low a calorie intake will directly affect testosterone levels. Fewer calories will reduce the testosterone secretion rate, so we must ensure a balance of calories in the body to better achieve the effect of fitness and muscle building.

4. Eat enough carbohydrates

During exercise, we generate a lot of calories, which are burned by the body's fat. The metabolites produced after burning will affect the secretion of testosterone and stimulate the production of testosterone in the body. Adequate storage of carbohydrates in the body is conducive to the secretion of testosterone.

5. Eat enough protein

The amino acids in our protein can maintain testosterone levels very well. If the protein in the body is too low, the testosterone level will be reduced.
