Penis pain after sex

Penis pain after sex

Many men are very enthusiastic about sex. However, they may encounter many problems during sex. In addition to symptoms such as premature ejaculation and impotence, some male friends may also experience penis pain after sex. In fact, it is difficult to say that this is caused by disease. It is more likely that the penis pain is caused by bad posture. You can try to change the posture next time.

Penile pain mainly refers to pain on the surface or inside of the penis. Some men experience penile pain after their first sexual intercourse. This may be due to the penis becoming congested with blood after erection and insufficient blood return, which causes short-term swelling and pain in the penis after sexual intercourse. This pain usually disappears after 1 to 3 hours. Penile pain may also occur if you have sex multiple times during your first night of marriage. You can control the frequency of sexual intercourse appropriately.

Causes

1. Various injuries, insect bites, papules or epidermal injuries.

2. Excessive sexual intercourse.

3. Genital skin infection.

4. Prostatitis often causes penile pain, which may be caused by infection or irritation of the penis.

5. Urethritis and gonorrhea are mainly transmitted through sexual intercourse and cause painful symptoms.

6. Men who have not been circumcised are prone to foreskin infection, also known as glansitis, which causes the penis to swell and become painful.

Clinical manifestations

Common symptoms include pain in the glans penis during sexual intercourse or in the groin during ejaculation, stinging pain in the foreskin, soreness in the perineum and lumbosacral region after ejaculation, and burning pain in the urethra during urination after ejaculation.

treatment

Treat the underlying condition causing the penile pain. If the pain is caused by a penile infection, it can be treated with antibiotics. If the penile pain is caused by irritation, it can be relieved by getting enough rest.

Prevention

1. Stay optimistic and open-minded, and regulate and control negative emotions.

2. Be moderate in sexual intercourse and avoid strong sexual stimulation.

3. Eat less fatty and greasy foods, drink less alcohol, and eat more coarse grains, radishes, and green vegetables.

4. Do not abuse various kidney-nourishing and yang-enhancing supplements.

5. If the foreskin is too long, surgery can be performed at an appropriate age.

6. Pay attention to the hygiene of the vulva to prevent infection.
