Differential diagnosis

treatment

Patients with prepuce that is too long should undergo circumcision as soon as possible. For prepuce that is not inflamed, surgery is not necessary as long as the foreskin is frequently turned up for cleaning.

For those with phimosis and prepuce that are too long, it is recommended to have circumcision before marriage. After treatment, sexual life can be resumed. For those who have not received such treatment, the local hygiene of the penis should be performed before and after sex.
