I believe that many couples think that they cannot get pregnant without internal ejaculation. This is mainly because without internal ejaculation, everyone thinks that no sperm can enter the fallopian tube to combine with the egg, so conception will not occur. In fact, this idea is wrong. The probability of conception by external ejaculation is very low, but it is possible to get pregnant, because when the penis is erect, some sperm will overflow before ejaculation and may combine with the egg.

Can you get pregnant if you don't ejaculate? In most cases, you won't get pregnant if you don't ejaculate, because it's impossible to get pregnant without sperm and egg combining. However, if ejaculation outside the body or a small amount of semen left in the penis enters the female vagina, it may also lead to contraceptive failure and cause pregnancy.

Whether or not you are pregnant without ejaculation can be divided into two situations:

1. You will not get pregnant if you do not ejaculate: Generally, during sexual intercourse, if the man does not ejaculate, you will not get pregnant. This is because the male sperm does not enter the female's body and combine with the egg to form a fertilized egg.

2. Pregnancy may occur if ejaculation is not performed: The possibility of this happening is very small, unless conception occurs through extracorporeal ejaculation or a small amount of semen retained in the penis enters the vagina.

(1) Conception by extracorporeal ejaculation: Extracorporeal ejaculation, also known as the withdrawal method or the intercourse interruption method, is used for daily contraception, but the contraceptive effect is not good. Sometimes, if it is not well controlled, semen may flow out before the climax of sexual intercourse or before ejaculation. Once a small amount of semen enters the vagina, it can cause contraception failure.

(2) A small amount of semen left in the penis enters the vagina: Some men immediately enter the female body to continue sexual intercourse after ejaculating outside the body, or the penis does not enter the female body but only rubs around the vagina. Since there is still semen left in the male's penis, as long as this semen enters the vagina, it may cause the female to become pregnant.
