Lower back pain after ejaculation

1. Having sex too frequently

If a man has sex too frequently, it can cause aseptic inflammation of the vas deferens, seminal vesicles, and urethra, causing these organs to become congested and swollen. When a man has sex and ejaculates, the muscle contraction of these organs can also cause pain.

2. Kidney stones

Body aches and pains after ejaculation may be related to kidney stones. After lithotripsy, small stones go from the ureters to the bladder and are discharged from the body through the urethra. However, from a physiological and anatomical point of view, the ureters are anatomically narrow and can easily become impacted. Therefore, there may be small stones in the ureters. During sexual intercourse, after the waist muscle movements, and during ejaculation, muscles are involved, causing local small stones to stimulate the ureters and cause soreness.

Solution: It is recommended to go to the hospital for examination as soon as possible. Generally, small stones less than one centimeter are easy to see. B-ultrasound can only see 1 cm. If necessary, a CT scan should be done to confirm whether there are stones.

3. Inflammation

Body aches after ejaculation may also be caused by inflammation of the reproductive organs. Inflammations such as seminal vesiculitis and epididymitis can cause ejaculation pain. This is mainly because in addition to the pain caused by their own lesions, the secretions and sperm are discharged into the vas deferens, which will aggravate the pain.

Solution: It is recommended to go to the hospital for examination in time to find out the specific cause of the disease and then carry out symptomatic treatment.
