What should I do if there are small red bumps behind the glans?

Some male friends sometimes encounter such a problem. Some small red bumps grow behind the glans for no reason, which makes them feel very troubled. So what is going on? For this, the editor consulted an expert in a male disease hospital and made some relevant understandings to help our male friends solve the troubles. Next, the editor will explain it to you.

According to experts, small bumps on the glans penis are caused by balanitis. Balanitis is characterized by redness and swelling of the foreskin, burning pain, aggravated during urination, and purulent secretions flowing out of the foreskin opening. If the foreskin is turned over, the inner plate of the foreskin and the glans penis can be seen to be congested and swollen. In severe cases, there may be shallow ulcers or erosions, with pus.

Prepuce is the most typical cause of balanitis. Therefore, if the prepuce is too long, it is recommended to take circumcision surgery as soon as possible. Pearly papules are more common in normal people aged 20-30. The papules are 1-2 mm in diameter, pearly gray-white small bumps, many in number, can be arranged in two rows, and distributed on the edge of the coronal sulcus. In addition, there are condyloma acuminatum, which often occurs 3 weeks to 8 months after sexual contact. The lesions are located in the glans, coronal sulcus, frenulum of prepuce, urethral opening, etc. They are soft papillary flesh bumps, gray, yellowish or pink in color, and easy to bleed when touched. They can be single or densely clustered, a bit like cauliflower.

If the treatment is not timely, it may lead to ulceration, bleeding, and the increase of condyloma acuminatum. It may cause local foreign bodies and discomfort, infect infants, and affect the quality of fertility. Balanitis can be divided into infectious and non-infectious. Infectious balanitis is more common in clinical practice. Infectious balanitis is often caused by unclean sex, infection with Candida albicans, Trichomonas, Chlamydia, Mycoplasma, Gonorrhea or other bacteria; non-infectious balanitis is mostly caused by excessive foreskin, insufficient cleaning, and unclean objects between the foreskin and the glans.

Finally, I would like to advise all male friends not to choose irregular or unqualified clinics when treating this disease. You must choose regular hospitals and mature treatment methods to cure it. You should not buy medicine on your own, because the cause of the disease is not clear, the treatment effect is not guaranteed, and it will increase the difficulty of later treatment. Of course, you should not be afraid to go to a regular hospital because of face. You must know that curing your own disease is the greatest care for your family.
