Why do my testicles keep itching?

In life, many people feel uncomfortable from time to time, such as the testicles are always itchy. You need to see if there is redness or pimples on the testicles, or symptoms of eczema. If all of these are present, it means that the testicles have eczema or are infected by fungi, which will cause redness, swelling and itching on the skin surface, and even water discharge.

What causes itchy testicles?

Causes of testicular itching: 1. Scrotal eczema:

Scrotal eczema is the most common type of eczema, which is limited to the scrotal skin, sometimes extending to the anus, and a few to the penis. This disease is severely itchy, the rash is polymorphic, easy to relapse, and difficult to cure. The scrotal skin is diffusely red, swollen, and severely itchy. Many needle-sized to rice-sized papules and blisters may appear at the same time. After scratching or rubbing, the erythema, papules, and blisters rupture, revealing large areas of moist erosion, with a large amount of light yellow slurry oozing out, some of which condense into pairs of light yellow scabs.

The second reason for testicular itching is scrotal ringworm:

Tinea scrota is a scrotal skin disease caused by fungal infection, which is often associated with tinea scrota in other parts of the patient. The skin of the affected scrotum becomes red, with papules or blisters, followed by desquamation. The affected area often shows annular damage, and the testicles are severely itchy.

Testicular itching causes three, dermatitis eczema:

Eczema is a common inflammatory skin disease of the epidermis and superficial dermis caused by a variety of internal and external factors. It is characterized by spontaneous severe itching, polymorphic lesions, symmetrical distribution, exudative tendency, chronic course, and easy recurrence.

Because this disease is not tinea, it cannot be treated as tinea. The most taboo for this disease is scratching, rubbing, rubbing, and washing with irons. Hot water, soap, salt water, alkaline water, etc. should not be used. It is also not advisable to use iodine, tinea medicine, garlic and other irritants. As long as you can ensure that you do not scratch or irritate the skin, many patients can get better quickly.

This disease is related to emotions. Keeping a good mood, getting enough rest and having confidence in the victory over the disease are also key links. In terms of diet, you should avoid spicy foods, such as green onions, ginger, and garlic. For drug treatment, cold compress is the main treatment in the acute stage. You can use about 3000 ml of clean water each time without adding any medicine, or add 3 grams of alum. Or use 10% phellodendron solution or 30 grams of dandelion and 15 grams of wild chrysanthemum to boil the soup and apply it wet after cooling.
