What causes large testicles?

3. Testicular trauma: Testicular trauma usually refers to the testicles being hit by external force, which will cause trauma to local tissues. The trauma will also cause inflammation and irritation, causing redness and swelling of the skin in the scrotum area, accompanied by pain. After the swelling, the testicles will be significantly enlarged.
