Pimples under the testicles

The testicles are the male scrotum, which is a very important reproductive organ of men. If there is an abnormality in this part, it will definitely have serious consequences. Many men have found that they have bumps under their testicles. There are many reasons for this phenomenon. It is difficult to determine the specific cause from a single symptom. It requires a general understanding and a comprehensive judgment.

There are small bumps and white spots on the testicles (scrotum). If it is not painful, it may be folliculitis or inflammation of the sebaceous glands. However, if it is hard, black, and painful to touch, then you should consider orchitis, chronic epididymitis, epididymal tuberculosis, epididymal tumor, and spermatic cord tumor. If the testicles feel soft, you should consider spermatocele, hydrocele, and varicocele. If you have any of the above symptoms, it is recommended to go to a local hospital for examination.

How do men take care of their private parts?

1. Men should pay attention to their daily sleeping posture. It is better to lie on your back, because sleeping on your side will squeeze the testicles, which is more obvious than when standing. This will make it easier for the testicles to twist. There is a spermatic cord on the testicles that is like a rope and can twist and knot. Since the blood vessels that supply nutrients to the testicles and transport metabolic waste pass through the spermatic cord, once the spermatic cord is knotted, the testicles will be starved, and generally will be ischemic and necrotic after more than 12 hours.

2. Men can massage the testicles with both hands when taking a bath or before going to bed. Use your thumb to gently pinch the testicles clockwise and counterclockwise for ten minutes each. Long-term persistence will definitely be beneficial. If you find abnormal pain during massage, it may be orchitis or epididymitis. Please go to the hospital for examination in time.

3. Eat more foods containing vitamin C. Because vitamin C can help fight bacteria, resist inflammation, and improve your immunity. Foods with high vitamin C content include carrots, green vegetables, apples, oranges, grapes and other fresh vegetables and fruits.

4. Eat less fish soup, mutton, pig's trotters and other so-called irritants, which will increase the secretion of inflammation in the inflamed area, further infiltrate and spread testicular inflammation and aggravate the symptoms, and eat less spicy and irritating foods. These will affect the normal physiological function of the testicles.
