However, there is a history of contact, and urethral pus smear staining can reveal the presence of Gram-negative diplococci in polynuclear leukocytes.

4. At the onset of atopic ankylosing glans, the glans penis and foreskin mucosa have slight erosions and a large amount of yellow-white smelly exudate. Ulcers are then formed, and in severe cases, necrosis may occur. However, there is a history of penis contamination with saliva, and secretion smears or bacterial cultures can reveal spirochetes and clostridia.

5. The lesions of occluded glans sicca are also located in the foreskin and the external urethra, but this disease is relatively rare. Its main manifestations are chronic progressive sclerosing lesions, with white, dry and shiny epidermal atrophy areas around the foreskin and the external urethra, and fibrotic penis atrophy and wrinkles, and parchment-like mucosa covering the glans penis.
