Why does the penis get erect?

Men will experience false erections after entering puberty, but when the real puberty is over and they become adults, their penis will become erect when stimulated. It is a kind of fluid (medically known as "glandular fluid") secreted by the bulbourethral glands, paraurethral glands and prostate. The most secreted is mainly due to the stimulation of the paraurethral glands and bulbourethral glands, the congestion of the corpora cavernosa of the penis, and the pressure of the penis erection.

4. White discharge is also common, which occurs during defecation, especially when constipation occurs. It is more obvious when straining to defecate. Because these two glands are located in the perineum at the bottom of the pelvic cavity, close to the rectum and anus, when straining to defecate, the muscles contract strongly, which will inevitably compress the glands to discharge secretions. - Generally, since normal defecation does not involve excessive force, this phenomenon will not occur. Therefore, this white discharge is not spermatorrhea, and it should not be mistaken for fecal leakage. Of course, there is also an abnormal phenomenon of white discharge, that is, when suffering from prostatitis, due to inflammation, the prostate secretion is abnormal, and local stimulation will appear during bowel movements and after urination. This kind of mucus is relatively large in quantity and turbid, which can be clearly distinguished from the normal state. If there is such a phenomenon of white discharge, it is necessary to check and treat it.
