If you have already decided to have a caesarean section, there is no need for an internal examination. It is recommended that you follow the guidance of the local doctor.

Note 1 after cesarean section: Wear large underwear to prevent touching the wound.

Second thing to note after cesarean section: Relax your mind and slowly and patiently adjust your body.

Note three after cesarean section: drink plenty of water to avoid constipation. At the same time, this is also beneficial for new mothers to breastfeed.

Precautions after cesarean section 4: Protect the wound as much as possible. When coughing or laughing, support the wound with your hand or use a pillow to support your stomach, and the pain will be relieved.

See your doctor promptly if you develop signs of infection, including warmth, redness, or swelling at the wound; drainage from the wound site; worsening or sudden pain; or a fever (even if the wound looks fine).

Note 5 after cesarean section: Pay attention to hygiene, brush your teeth, wash and comb your hair as usual, change clothes and hygiene products in time. When taking a bath, it is best to cover the wound with waterproof tape.

Caesarean section precautions 6: Watch for lochia, although it may last for nearly 6 weeks. It should gradually change from bright red to pink and then yellow-white. If menstrual-like bleeding lasts for more than 4 days after delivery, or increases after decreasing, go to the hospital. Learn about other postpartum symptoms that should not be ignored.

Note 7 after cesarean section: You must move in time. It is necessary to get up and walk around regularly. Start slowly at first and gradually increase the amount of activity. You can start some moderate exercise 6 to 8 weeks after the operation, but you must get the doctor's approval before you can do it.
