3. Prevention and control methods

Patients should pay attention to cleanliness, take a bath and change underwear frequently, avoid extramarital sex, and abide by moral ethics. If such a situation occurs, condoms should be worn and attention should be paid to cleaning. External treatment: Use 1:5000 potassium permanganate to clean and then apply to the affected area for 3-5 minutes; or use topical non-irritating antifungal widows, etc. If the effect is not good, oral itraconazole 200mg, once a week, for 2 consecutive times, and then use topical antifungal drugs to maintain the efficacy.

3. Wash the foreskin with clean water every day. Do not use strong soapy water or potassium permanganate solution.
