1. No fixed sexual partner

Most men who have sex with men do not have a fixed sexual partner. 2. Sexual intercourse methods

3. Not using condoms

4. Lubricant Factors

Due to the special structure of male organs, male homosexual behavior often requires the use of lubricants. Many lubricants contain mineral oils such as vaseline, which can easily cause latex to become brittle and easily rupture, thereby increasing the risk of HIV invading the human body.
