Chin inflammation, such as acne and acne, indicates that endocrine disorders have caused skin problems. This is commonly known as dermatitis. At this time, most people will choose to go to the pharmacy to buy skin medicine and apply it casually, or simply squeeze it out to clean the white pus inside. To deal with this kind of pus hidden in the chin, it is best to choose a symptomatic anti-inflammatory skin medicine. Let's take a closer look at the symptoms of this dermatitis.

What is dermatitis?

Dermatitis refers to skin inflammation caused by some infectious or non-infectious factors. Dermatitis is a general term for a class of diseases that can be divided into many different types. It is not just an independent disease.

What are the symptoms of dermatitis?

In the early stage of the disease, the skin is erythematous and edematous, which may be accompanied by papules, blisters or fluid exudation. As the disease progresses, the skin blisters, redness, swelling and exudation begin to decrease, and scabs and desquamation gradually appear. In the late stage of the disease, the skin is thickened and leathery, which may be accompanied by pigmentation or hypopigmentation.

What are the causes of dermatitis?

Dermatitis is a large group of diseases, so the causes are very complex. Common causes include the following:

1. Chronic infection: such as chronic cholecystitis, tonsillitis, intestinal parasitic diseases, etc.

2 Endocrine and metabolic changes: such as menstrual disorders, pregnancy, etc.

3. Blood circulation disorders: such as calf varicose veins.

4 Allergies: such as fish, shrimp, beef, mutton, pollen, dust mites, etc.

5. Stimulation from physical, chemical and environmental factors: such as contact with animal fur, cosmetics, soap, synthetic fibers, etc., an environment that is too cold, too hot, or too dry, etc.

6Others: also includes neuropsychiatric factors, genetic factors, etc.

How is dermatitis diagnosed?

The doctor will first ask the patient about the entire course of the disease in detail and carefully observe the skin manifestations with the naked eye to make a preliminary diagnosis. If the diagnosis is unclear, the doctor may check blood routine, immunoglobulin, etc. according to each person's specific situation to further assist in the diagnosis.

How to treat dermatitis?

There are many different causes of dermatitis, and the treatments vary.

Systemic drug therapy (including oral, intramuscular, intravenous, etc.):

1 Commonly used antihistamines, sedatives, etc.;

2 In the acute phase, intravenous injection of calcium, vitamin C, etc. or intravenous occlusion with procaine can also be used;

3 For patients with extensive skin damage and erosion, exudation or secondary infection, antibacterial drugs may be used appropriately according to the situation.

Topical medications (applied to affected areas):

1. In the early stage of dermatitis, if there is not much fluid exudation, glucocorticoid cream can be used. If there is a lot of fluid exudation, 3% boric acid solution can be used for cold wet compress. After the exudation decreases, glucocorticoid cream can be used again, or it can be used alternately with oil.

2 As the disease progresses, exudation gradually decreases, and glucocorticoid emulsions and pastes can be used. Antibacterial drugs can be added to prevent and treat secondary infections.

3. In the late stage of the disease, ointments, plasters, and film coatings can be used;

4 If the skin damage is stubborn and difficult to treat, and the damage is localized, intradermal injection of glucocorticoids may be used for treatment.
