Penile erection training can be relieved through massage, and appropriate physical exercise is also required. When the penis erection function is insufficient, it can also be treated by oral medication under the guidance of a doctor if necessary.

1. Massage: Penile erection is a physiological phenomenon, which usually refers to the process in which the blood vessels of the male penis dilate after being stimulated, and the blood will quickly rush into the corpus cavernosum of the penis, eventually causing the penis to erect and become hard and longer. When there is an obstacle to penile erection, you can massage the groin at ordinary times, that is, use the thumbs, index fingers and middle fingers of both hands to massage the groin on both sides symmetrically from the outside to the inside toward the root. You can also use both hands to massage the upper part of the scrotum, which can promote smooth blood circulation in the spermatic cord, thereby enhancing the erectile function of the penis.

2. Physical exercise: Weak penis erection may be caused by factors such as reduced resistance and physical weakness. You need to do some aerobic exercises such as outdoor jogging and playing basketball to promote blood circulation. When your own blood circulation is smooth, it can also promote blood flow to the corpus cavernosum of the penis, thereby causing erection.

3. Oral medication: Poor penile erection may be caused by sexual diseases. You need to go to the hospital for examination in time, and then take adrenergic receptor blockers or smooth muscle relaxants under the guidance of a doctor. The drugs can enhance the erectile function of the penis.
