What to do after circumcision

Surgery is very common in life. For the treatment of some complex diseases, surgery is required. This is very helpful in alleviating the disease. If you choose surgery to treat a disease, you need to pay attention to understanding your own disease first, so that you can know clearly whether you can choose surgery. There are many common diseases in men, and surgery can also be chosen for the treatment of male reproductive organs. Many men have circumcision, so what should they do after circumcision?

What to do after circumcision:

After circumcision, you should not wear tight underwear or outer pants, and your pants should be loose.

Please note that you should not take a bath or do strenuous exercise in the first three days after the operation.

It is very important to avoid sexual intercourse within one month after circumcision to prevent the wound from tearing. You can have sexual intercourse only after the wound has healed.

After circumcision, pay attention to the bleeding of the wound. If there is a lot of bleeding, go to the hospital for treatment immediately.

After circumcision, the wound is covered with a dressing. It is generally required to be changed in the hospital 2 to 3 days after the operation. Avoid soaking the wound gauze when urinating. Once it is wet, it must be replaced in time because there are bacteria in urine, which can cause infection.

After circumcision, oral antibiotics can be taken appropriately to prevent wound infection.

If there is a mild infection, the penis can be soaked locally in 1/1000 potassium permanganate solution every night.

Within one week after circumcision, especially in the first three days after the operation, try to avoid penile erection to prevent bleeding from the wound. Bleeding from the wound will affect the healing of the wound. If you have an erection due to urination or the urge to urinate, you should urinate immediately; if the penis does not erect intentionally, you can lift the quilt and cool the genitals in time.

After understanding what to do after circumcision, men can follow the above steps when undergoing such surgery. However, it should be noted that after circumcision, men must choose liquid food for diet and should not eat some complex foods. Eating complex foods will not do any good to the body's recovery. This should be noted.
