Surgical method

No anesthesia is required. Equipment is required: a small curved forceps, two pieces of sterilized gauze, and 1/1000 benzalkonium bromide. Sterilize the male genitals and the skin around the male genitals. The patient holds the male genitals with his right hand, pinches the head of the male genitals very tightly, and holds the small curved forceps with his left hand. Use the small curved forceps to gently open the prepuce mouth, and insert the small curved forceps along the inner plate of the prepuce mouth, and use appropriate force to expand the prepuce mouth. With the right hand, turn up the foreskin of the glans penis. If there is adhesion, use the curved forceps or gauze to gradually separate it until the foreskin is turned up to the coronal sulcus.
