1. Avoid drinking water after meals

2. Avoid eating fruit after meals

People are used to eating fruits after meals, thinking that this is good for clearing the mouth and helping gastrointestinal motility. In fact, this is a wrong habit. Eating fruits immediately after a meal will affect the digestive function. Because when food enters the stomach, it takes 1-2 hours to digest and slowly eliminate. If you eat fruits immediately after a meal, the fruit will be blocked by the food you have eaten before and cannot be digested normally. 3. Avoid taking a bath after a meal

4. Avoid loosening your pants after meals
