The four most common causes of male infertility

Various physical conditions in men are the main reasons for infertility in couples, and the causes of male infertility are closely related to the following four points.

1. Testicular abnormalities:

2. Chromosomal abnormalities:

3. Acquired testicular damage:

4. Reproductive organ infection:

Infections such as bacteria, viruses, and protozoa can directly damage the testicles, seriously affecting spermatogenesis and reducing sperm activity, leading to infertility. For example, 20% of men who suffer from mumps in the prepubertal stage will develop orchitis, leading to infertility.
