Diet:

Get enough sleep and rest:

Do not overwork or overexert yourself. Excessive fatigue will deplete your vital energy. Insufficient vital energy will also cause difficulty in urination and lead to urine retention.

Outdoor sports:

Keep the habit of exercising, participate in sports regularly, and even do some yoga, qigong and other exercises, but be careful not to over-exercise.

Drink plenty of water:

Drinking too little water will not only cause dehydration, but also hinder the flushing effect of urination on the urinary tract, and easily cause urine concentration to form insoluble stones. Therefore, the correct approach should be to reduce water intake appropriately at night to avoid excessive bladder filling after sleeping, and drink more water during the day.

Drug Abuse:

When using medication for treatment, you should choose carefully, because some drugs may aggravate dysuria and may cause acute urinary retention when used in large doses. You should choose carefully when using them, as all drugs are toxic. It is recommended that you do not use them if you can avoid it.
